Yuriko Nakamura
ResearcherYuriko is a contributor to the LLM Personality and Cultural Variance Project at metaLAB and an MPH candidate in Health Policy at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Raised between Japan and the US, Yuriko developed a deep interest in how East Asian entertainment, culture, and humor are adopted and embraced by global audiences, including the cultural and economic impacts of this exchange and the role of generative AI in accelerating cultural globalization.
Before joining Harvard, Yuriko worked as a management consultant in Tokyo and New York, advising public and private sector clients on data-driven strategies for advancing health equity and delivering essential public health services. She holds a BA in Law and Politics from the University of Tokyo.
