Kathleen Esfahany is a PhD student in the Harvard Program in Neuroscience. She holds a B.S. in Computation and Cognition from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kathleen’s current interests at metaLAB center on radio communications technology and the intersections between AI, pedagogy, and policy. Kathleen previously worked as a research assistant with the Fluid Interfaces group at the MIT Media Lab, where she studied the role of sleep and dreams on post-sleep creative cognition, and the Allen Institute, where she studied how neural representations change over time.
